At a time when so many of us find grounds to complain, I should like to take this opportunity of bringing to your attention the excellent service and help I received from Camilla when I made the above holiday booking recently. When I made the call, I really was not expecting to get everything sorted out so quickly but I have to say that Camilla's enthusiasm and knowledge of the region I was enquiring about gave me every confidence in making and confirming the booking. I know that we can be quick to complain when things go wrong so it is only right that we should equally recognise and praise good service when we receive it!

We recently returned from a Med cruise with Princess. I don't normally get back to travel companies but I just wanted to let you know that we had a great holiday. We would like to thank you for the excellent arrangements and service you provided; the private taxis at Barcelona and Venice were great – thanks. The champagne you offered was there and we drank it at dinner on our first evening. Will certainly return to you when we next cruise and recommend to our friends.

The purpose of my writing is to compliment the outstanding service I have received, firstly from Amanda who booked the cruise in the first place, and then Sarah, one of your managers who has also been absolutely superb in the dealings with P & O.
You are in a very much people communication business and it is never so easy when you cannot interact face to face, but these two ladies are a massive credit to your organisation and deserve any recognition that you can give them. I just cannot speak highly enough about what they have done to help me through what has been a somewhat traumatic time.

Just wanted to let you know that the surprise for my Mum and Dad went really well (on the QM2 to New York that departed Southampton on 21st September). We ended up knocking on their cabin door just before we set sail to surprise them; they were really shocked, but very excited and happy. The cruise was great and everything went swimmingly!!
Thanks for everything thing you did for me, I know it was an unusual situation but you helped pull off one of the best surprises for my parents, thanks again!

My wife and I would like to say how professional your staff are and
how smoothly our transfers were conducted prior to our recent cruise.
We would recommend your company to our friends (indeed I already have)
and would most certainly use your services again, if we were to book
another cruise.
The cruise itself was quite good but there were a few disappointing
elements, regarding Royal Caribbean's management of certain aspects
which I shall be taking up directly with them.

I have returned from the QM2/New York cruise today and would just like to thank you for making all the arrangements so efficiently. Everything went very smoothly - except the Atlantic Ocean which caused us landlubbers a bit of queasiness - but we had a great time. I would like to thankyou for the superb holiday we have had with your company Go Now Travel we stayed at the TRH Jardine del Mar apart-hotel for a week from the 29th September to the 6th October everything was handled very smoothly the hotel was great very clean and the food was excellent. We chose to go with Easy Jet for the flight this too created no problems and went well.
Both my husband and myself will be booking with your company again hopefully back to the same hotel in June 08 this time for 12 days.
